Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at bst@biosoil-tech.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Large or Bulk Orders

Certain products or large-volume orders (such as totes or pallet shipments) may require special handling and freight shipping. In these cases, our team will contact you directly to coordinate delivery.

Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including opened items. To be eligible for a refund, a majority of the product must remain and it must be returned in its original container. Refunds will be issued less shipping costs. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information to better understand the issue before approving a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
