Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including opened items. To be eligible for a refund, a majority of the product must remain and it must be returned in its original container. Refunds will be issued less shipping costs. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information to better understand the issue before approving a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bst@biosoil-tech.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Bulk & Commercial Orders
Returns on large-volume or bulk orders (including totes or freight shipments) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders.
